Great Crib for the MoneyJan 20, 2008 We bought this crib and matching changing table before our son was born a year and a half ago from a big name baby store. We are very pleased with it so far. We wanted something that would grow with our child and we wouldn't have to go buy new furniture every few years. We bought the side rails and the toddler rail so we would have everything when we needed it. It is a very sturdy crib and we have never felt it was flimsy in anyway. It was fairly easy to put together and to adjust the height of the mattress. The ends of the crib are slightly thicker than most others so some mobiles might not fit but we didn't use one so that wasn't a big deal. The thicker ends also make tying the crib bumpers on a little more challenging but not a big deal at all. I would give this bed 5 stars but for the fact we haven't converted it to the toddler bed or the full size so we can only review it based on the crib configuration.
Sturdy, Good Quality CribMar 18, 2007 We just received this crib yesterday and are very pleased with it. It seems very sturdy and the wood is of good quality. The color of the wood is slightly darker than that in the picture, which actually turns out to be more to our liking. The crib was also extremely easy to put together. It only took my husband 40 minutes from start to finish; the instructions were very easy to follow. The crib does not have a rail you can raise or lower, but the level of the mattress can be adjusted into four positions. We set our mattress height level on the second highest level, and I only have to bend over slightly to reach the baby.
