5JUST PERFECT!!!Jun 26, 2006
I am a new mom and didnt know much about strollers. I started out with the graco quattro. Before even using it realized it was just too heavy. Went to the peg perego Aria- lightweight but the canopy is a joke and never reclines evenly. My 6 month old was always lopsided. After doing an endless amount of research and talking to every person who would listen, I ended up with the Pliko P3. The canopy completely covers the baby & it reclines completely. I noticed other reviews complained that the 5 point harness does not stay attatched to the back, but they dont realize that it is designed that way to allow the child to move freely within the stroller but still be fastened in. Another reviewer also said it was to heavy- they obviously have not compared it to most other mid size strollers. Any thing out there lighter is always short of something else, like a tray, or a larger canopy, or doesnt recline completely. It is a perfect combination of convenience and trendiness for mom and maximum comfort for baby. And if youre not satisfied with the cupholder, maclaren sells an attatchment for $20 that fits onto the handles that can hold water bottles, baby bottles, diapers, wallet or whatever. Also it opens and folds so easily and closes almost to the size of a large umbrella. YOU CANT GO WRONG!!

1Piece of junkJun 19, 2006
Save your money because this stroller is a piece of junk. I know 3 other mothers that have this stroller and we all HATE it.

1. This stroller is creaks, squeaks, and rattles. After owning it for a very short time, the wheels made terrible, loud squeaking noises. I called Peg Perego and was told I needed to use a silicone based lubricant. Ok, I did that. A few weeks later, the noise came back. I've had to lubricate the wheels every few weeks. Then came the creaking and rattling. Maybe this is normal for most strollers, but as I'm walking around the mall or neighborhood, the stroller just creaks and rattles. It sounds like it's just ready to fall apart any minute.

2. After washing the padding a total of 3 times on gentle cycle and air drying it over a drying rack, the fabric where the crotch strap fits through is fraying. And the seat fabric is a royal pain to get remove and then put back on.

3. The cup holder is a joke. It barely fits a skinny 16oz bottle of water. And it sticks out at a weird angle.

4. If you have a long stride (are tall), your feet will hit the toddler bar as you walk. Plus, from what I've been reading, the stroller can tip back if you actually use this for a toddler to rid on.

5. The 5 point safety harness is terrible. Instead of actually being attached to the seat back, the harness only clips to the back of the seat cushion with a little clip that slides into a loop and doesn't actually fasten. The clip easily easily slips out of the loop. Try untangling all of the straps while holding onto a 18 lb 6 month old. Not to mention worrying that it will pop out with your child in the seat, because even with it tightened all the way, it is still fairly loose. Even with it as tight as it can possibly go, my child still manages to lean all the way forward and suck on the bottom of the seat.

4beautiful but heavyJun 16, 2006
I bought this stroller because I fell in love with
it because it's beautiful and very femine for your little girl, but I didn't know it was so heavy and being a city mom you can't have a heavy stroller especially when you take the train and bus onless you have someone to help you.
I ended up buying a macalern triump stroller in pink of course, it is very light and good for trains and buses, it has a strap where you put it in your shoudler while you hold baby on the other hand.

5Best on the marketJun 13, 2006
I was considering the Venezia Carriage, but didn't want a Huge stroller, so I went with the Mint Pliko. I am very happy! My daughter, Ava (2 1/5) loves this stroller as much as I do. And I have a baby onthe way, so I hope he/she loves it too! I love the features. My daughter can actually sleep. Thank god!

4Great Stroller May 27, 2006
I am a first time Mom and wanted a stroller for my little girl that was stylish, but most importantly lightweight. I initially wanted to get a MacLaren stroller but just didn't like the color selection and didn't feel that the seat reclined enough for an infant. When I saw the rose color stroller in the store I fell in love with it and when I folded it down loved how compact it was. The only thing I dislike about the stroller is the basket. The basket is too small and my diaper bag does not fit in it. The bar in the front of the basket makes it difficult to get even a small diaper bag in it. Besides the basket a great stroller, worth the money.
