Amazon doesn't have itDec 09, 2007
I can't review the stroller since I never got it. I ordered it on October 4th and just found out today (December 9th) that I won't get it.
Amazon doesn't have it and doesn't know when they will.
I can't blame them for that, but their customer service is terrible. I bought it with gift certificates and had a question about the refund. Customer service must be in India, because both times that I called I couldn't understand the representative. They were both very polite and tried to be helpful, but they couldn't understand me, either, and didn't understand my questions. I finally figured it all out on my own. It is very frustrating to not have helpful answers to my questions.
I hope I can get this stroller from another source.
I chose three stars as a neutral number.
