5Great compact stroller!Mar 29, 2008
I got this as a shower gift and I absolutely love it.

The pros:
-Easy, easy, easy, set up and fold up - it truly can be done with one hand.
-Super light, very compact, and portable (I am very petite and I can easily lift and carry it with one hand)
-Great maneuverability, I can push it with one hand and open a door with the other.
-Orange color is attractive and sporty looking
-Rain shield is included
-Reclining feature works well and is hard to find in an umbrella stroller

The cons:
-Insufficient canopy - I started using it for my huge 5 month old b/c he outgrew his infant car seat (and stroller frame). Even though the canopy is adjustable, even at the lowest position it is too high to shade his face in late afternoon sun. This will probably go away as he gets older.
-No real shocks to speak of - it's more of a mall/smooth surface stroller. With walks in our neighborhood, you feel every crack and bump on the sidewalk.
-Difficult to reach lower basket - when the seat is reclined, access to the lower basket is restricted.

Even though it seems I'm listing a number of cons, I still give it a full 5 star rating because it is so awesome for what it is -- a highly functioning and well designed umbrella stroller. It doesn't have huge storage areas, giant shock absorbing wheels, a large canopy, child or parent trays because all of these things would add bulk to this sleek product.

4Solid stroller to grow with your baby.Mar 07, 2007
The 2007 Quest Sport in Flame Orange looks as beautiful as the photo on Amazon. Very classy stroller and it pushes like a dream. Please keep in mind that my daughter, as of this writing, is 5 months old so she is not an older child although, I am going to wait until she is a little older (after 12 monhts) to use this on a daily basis. So far I have only used it a couple of times. I currently use a Combi Cosmo EX which is adorable but it pushes like a lead pipe and my daughter is only 17 pounds.

I will digress for a moment from the Maclaren while I describe the Combi. I love the Combi because it is tiny and very compact. I can use this in the doctor's waiting room and it takes up no space and my little one is very comfy. The problem comes when I need to turn those tight corners, I constantly have to lift up the stroller. Its a horrible turner and the seat is very narrow. This stroller, although I love it, cannot grow with my child.

Now, back to the Maclaren. The Maclaren is a little bigger than the Combi but I can turn those corners with one finger! My dad loves pushing his grandbaby around in the Maclaren and not the other stroller. And, although there is a learning curve, folding and unfolding this stroller is really easy. Its not intuitive, but once you learn how to do it, its very convenient.

The downsides to this stroller:
-Does not fold down properly when you put the Bundle Me on the seat. I find that I have to take the Bundle Me off and on.
- 2007 models have the see through window on the back of the hood, not the top of the hood (which I would have preferred).
- Latches on the restraints are super hard to open. This seems to be a common complaint with Maclaren owners. But great for keeping little toddlers from letting themselves loose!
- Wish it had a strap like the Volo.
- Wish it didn't have MACLAREN emblazoned on the side like some kind of status carriage.

At the end of the day, this is a stroller that will not only grow with your baby but will take you through your other children as well. Its worth the money. I picked the orange and charcoal becuase my dd's Combi is orange and charcoal too and I wanted them to match :)
